All items for sale on this shop are ready made, and sold as is. If you would like additional pictures, close ups or examples of use then please use our contact form to let us know. You will receive the exact item in the pictures. There is only 1 available of each item.

As such this means that we will not be able to do exchanges on items that are damaged or broken.

We are happy to refund if you return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it and letting us know that it is damaged or broken. It will be inspected upon arrival back with us to see where the issue may lie. If it is fixable then we will repair it and arrange to send it back to you, otherwise if it has been damaged through fault of design or packaging failure, then we will refund (minus the original shipping price). If we find that wear and tear, mishandling of the item and mis-care has resulted in damage then the refund may be rejected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

No exchanges on one off designs.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us. Please email us on Magpiecalls@gmail.com to inform us of the potential return and to get the shipping address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
